  • Physio Yoga is a great way to release pelvic floor, jaw, hip and back tension, as the program is curated by one of our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist at Revival. If you have a history of pain with sex, period pain, urge incontinence, or chronic neck/back pain and headaches, Physio Yoga can help!

  • Physio Yoga has more of a rehab-focus than regular yoga, and are more individualized to your goals and needs based on your physiotherapy assessment.

  • Yes, Physio Yoga is covered under your physiotherapy benefits! You need to be assessed by a physiotherapist before starting your physio yoga program.

  • Please wear stretchy and loose-fitting clothing, as your body will go through all ranges of movement during the Physio Yoga sessions!

Physio Yoga Pathway of Care + Rates

Physio Yoga

    1. Book an assessment with a physiotherapist at Revival Physio first

    2. Your physio then will book you out for the appropriate number of physio yoga sessions with either our therapeutic Yoga Instructor

    3. After these sessions, you need to be reassessed by a physio every 4-6 weeks

    • 30 min session: $110

    • 60 min session: $170
