Ortho, Pelvic Floor and TMJ Physiotherapist, Owner of Revival Physio
Ellie brings 10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist. She aims to provide hands-on, full-body treatment during each session, so as to align the body, reduce pain and improve mobility in her clients. She specializes in pelvic floor care, as well as TMJ/jaw and scar release. She loves putting all the pieces together, and creating that "Ah-ha" moment for her clients, when they start to understand the root cause of their symptoms! Ellie works to integrate her manual therapy, soft tissue release, fascial release, McKenzie therapy, taping, therapeutic exercise and acupuncture skills into her care to achieve optimal rehab results. She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University and Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University.

Sujena is a dynamic, trauma-informed clinical yoga and pilates instructor and movement coach, with over 7 years of expertise guiding public and private practices in the community. She is passionate about accessible and inclusive holistic wellness, movement education, and women's health. Dedicated to helping her clients feel good and at ease in their bodies, Sujena fosters a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath. Her compassionate, inquisitive, and well-rounded approach is tailored to individual needs, skillfully integrating mobility and strength training principles to support functional, optimal, sustainable, and pain-free movement.

Kathryn Sussman, PTA
Clinical Yoga Instructor
Kathryn Sussman Atkinson has been practicing yoga for 9 years. Vinyasa trained, Kathryn in addition has speciality training in Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra - a powerful practice, known as yogic sleep, that offers profound levels of relaxation, allowing her to offer even deeper support to those seeking tranquility and healing. With a focus on mindfulness, self-compassion and embodiment, Kathryn's sessions calm the nervous system in order to help promote mind/body healing. Her wish is to help guide her clients into a place of personal transformation and empowerment by helping them to cultivate a sense of coming home to the mat. Kathryn advocates yoga as a life-long practice that can and will adapt and change with the individual throughout their life. Her sessions foster an appreciation of the present moment, and the beauty of slowing down and just being still.

Lucky is a hypoallergenic bichon, mini-poodle mix, who loves to cuddle with clients during the physiotherapy session! She may be present during your physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
